As a Principal UX Writer (or Content Designer, or Content Strategist) I'm typically responsible for producing, tracking and managing all of the written copy present in a product, be it an mobile app, website or web GUI.

Google Fiber
As the Principal UX Writer at Google Fiber, I was the stakeholder for all copy within the GFiber App, Web Portal, and customer acquisition flow (also called a Buyflow). This section of the portfolio will go into some detail about the work and projects.
RMS
As a Principal Content Lead and Senior UX Writer, I worked with a team of amazing people for over a year to bring an app from a prototype to general audience / final release. That app, TreatyIQ, is a user-friendly pricing analytical engine for treaty underwriters. Treaty underwriting is an extremely complicated process that usually takes days or weeks to complete, but TreatyIQ was designed to reduce that down to hours or minutes.
